We are looking for an administrative whiz for a consultancy assignment in Skövde.

Do you want to help create order and structure in a developing business? We are currently looking for an administrative consultant for an exciting assignment with an established company in Skövde. The company has recently undergone a system change and now needs support to handle an administrative backlog and ensure efficient processes moving forward.

Your employment offer

The assignment is part-time, 40%. Start immediately and runs for 4 months.

For the assignment, you will be employed by us at TNG and perform the work on-site at the client's premises.

Your tasks

The primary task for the assignment is to work with the invoice flow. Your role involves handling incoming invoices from subcontractors and forwarding them to various companies. Experience with Salesforce and the ability to contribute to new ways of working and routines is appreciated.

Worth knowing

The company needing your help is located in Skövde, and you will perform your work on-site at their premises two days a week. You choose yourself whether you work on-site on Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Once you are settled into the routines, parts or all of the work can be performed remotely.

Our expectations

We are looking for you who thrive in a changing environment and can quickly create structure when not all parts are in place yet. You are used to working independently, taking initiative, and have the ability to prioritize among several administrative tasks simultaneously. To succeed in the role, you need to be meticulous, solution-oriented, and have an unpretentious attitude where you are happy to help where the need is greatest.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in administrative work, such as order management, customer service, or invoicing.
• Good system familiarity and ease in getting used to new ways of working and processes.
• Ability to work structured even when conditions change.
• A proactive work approach and a desire to contribute to order and efficiency.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Experience with Salesforce is considered a merit.
